Our AttorneysR. Howard WaltonHoward Walton received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, with honors, in May of 2000. Prior to attending law school, Howard received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Claremont McKenna College, in Claremont, California, in 1994. In between, Howard earned a Certificate of Proficiency in Accounting from the University of California at Santa Cruz. Following his graduation from law school, Howard served in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General Corps for 3 1/2 years, the majority of which was spent with Naval Legal Service Office Southeast at Naval Air Station Jacksonville. During his time in the Navy, Howard represented service members in courts-martial and administrative separation proceedings, as well as assisting service members with a wide variety of civilian legal matters, and received two Navy Achievement Medals for superior performance. After leaving the Navy, Howard worked as an associate with Gobelman, Love, Gavin, Blazs & Wasilenko, in Jacksonville, concentrating in medical malpractice defense, while also handling debt collection and general tort litigation. Howard's practice with our firm is devoted entirely to litigation. Areas of Practice:
