Lindell & Farson, P.A., under a previous name, was founded by J. Michael Lindell in August 1987.

The firm concentrates its practice in the following areas: (i) complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, including commercial disputes, shareholder derivative actions, construction claims, and business torts; (ii) business, corporate, commercial real estate, commercial lending, and contract transactions of all types; and (iii) personal injury, insurance disputes, and class action litigation. The firm also has particular industry experience representing motor vehicle dealers, distributors, and finance and lease companies in all litigation and transactional matters.

In September 2001, after 14 years in downtown Jacksonville, the firm relocated to newly built-out office space conveniently located on San Jose Boulevard in the Mandarin suburb. The new office facility is more accessible to both clients and staff than the firm's former downtown location and without the drawbacks of limited parking, confusing traffic patterns and security concerns. Designed and constructed with the assistance of professional interior designers, the new space is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
